Set up your first recurring campaign in under 10 minutes. Here's how:

What You'll Need

Klaviyo account with Manager+ access
At least one email template
5 minutes

Step 1: Sign Up (1 minute)

Create your account → verify email → add payment method. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately.

Step 2: Connect Klaviyo (30 seconds)

Click Connect Klaviyo → authorize → done.

Step 3: Choose Your Cadence Plan

If you are a small company and only have a few campaigns to setup, the "Starter" plan may be all you need.

If you want to

connect more than one Klaviyo account
set up more than 3 recurring campaigns
or use custom recurrence
you'll need the pro plan.

Select your plan and enter your payment information. Your card won’t be charged until your 14-day free trial ends.

Step 4: Create Your First Campaign

Go to Campaigns and click Create Recurring Campaign
Set up your campaign basics — name, channel (email, sms, push), and audience
Configure your campaign content. For email, this includes the email template, subject line, preview text, sender details, and UTM settings.
Choose your campaign schedule — start date, recurrence, and optionally an end date.
- Daily: Send messages every day at a specific time
- Weekly: Send messages on a specific day (e.g. Monday) each week
- Monthly: Send messages on specific dates each month
- Weekdays: Send messages only on weekdays (Mon - Fri).
- Custom: Only on pro., you can send emails biweekly, weekly on particular days of the week, and more.

Step 5: Review and Launch

Before launching your campaign, review your recurring campaign details and create a draft in Klaviyo to preview that your audience, content, and settings are just right.

Click Create Recurring Campaign when you're ready to go live! You’ll see your newly created campaign and can navigate to the detail view to preview the upcoming sends. You can pause or cancel your campaign any time from the campaign detail page.
